From “I have an idea” to a finished, hand-painted banner — here’s exactly what to expect.
Start Your Order- 1
Tell us your vision
Fill out the order form with the name, event date, size, colors, and theme. Share inspo pics over Instagram or email — the more detail, the better.

Secure your spot
A full deposit reserves your place on the calendar so we can start right away. Please order at least 3 weeks ahead.

Approve your mock-up
We design your banner digitally first and send it for approval. Your order includes one round of minor edits so it’s just right before we paint.

We hand-paint it
Every stripe, icon, and hand-lettered word is painted by hand on kraft paper — no printers, no vinyl. This is the part that makes it one of a kind.

Pickup or shipping
When it’s dry, you can grab it locally in the San Antonio area, or we’ll carefully roll and ship it to you ($8–$15 (calculated at completion, based on distance)).

Make memories
Hang it, snap your photos, and enjoy a keepsake you’ll want to hold on to long after the celebration.
