How do I place an order?
Fill out the order form on this site with your name, event date, banner size, wording, and theme. We’ll reach out to confirm the details and your deposit. A full deposit secures your spot on the calendar.
How far in advance should I order?
Please place your order at least 3 weeks in advance. Need it sooner? A $15 rush fee applies to orders placed less than 2 weeks before your event (subject to availability).
Is a deposit required?
Yes — a full deposit is required at the time of order. This secures your spot on the schedule and allows us to start creating your custom piece right away.
Will I see the design before it’s painted?
Absolutely. A mock-up is sent for approval before painting — includes one round of minor edits. Larger redesigns may require extra time and an additional fee, but you’ll always approve the look before we paint.
What sizes and prices do you offer?
Standard sizes are 5 ft × 30 in ($75), 6 ft × 30 in ($85), 5 ft × 35 in ($90), and 6 ft × 35 in ($110). Custom sizes are available on request — just ask in your order notes.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup available in the San Antonio area. We’ll coordinate a pickup time with you once your banner is finished.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at the completion of your order and is estimated at $8–$15 (calculated at completion, based on distance). We carefully roll your banner so it arrives ready to hang.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay. Payment details are shared when we confirm your order.
What are the banners painted on?
Our banners are painted by hand on sturdy kraft paper using real paint — never printed or made with vinyl. They’re best displayed indoors or on a covered porch and store nicely rolled or flat.
Can you match my theme, colors, or Pinterest board?
Yes! Theming is our favorite part. Send your inspo pics, invitation, or color palette via Instagram or email and we’ll design a banner to match, then send a mock-up for approval.
